after-rain beauty

you know when you wake up in the morning
and you look out the window to see
the sun gently shaded by the wools of cloud forming in the sky
and you feel the misty wind that blows in
as the veil of drizzle glides over the face of the earth
its days like these, that make me feel all fuzzy inside
in contrast to the coolness of the outside

and then you know, when you enter evening's embrace
that you feel the same coolness of the morning
you see clouds succumbing to a clear night sky
peppered with twinkles that brighten up a dull mood
you could almost smell the light dew forming,
with that tinge of familiar sweet-smelling aroma of crisp air
that - is my idea of the perfect weather (:

double-date dinner @ outback steakhouse today for victor's 20th birthday ((:
i finally found someone who suffers the same fate as me
although he is still one day younger than me.
the food was pretty good! although the portions were pretty small for its price.
but i was too happy wit myself for driving to millennia walk without actually knowing where it was to bother bout the portion
hehe~ and then i accomplished feat #2 by driving to yacht club to pick my parents up.
