breakthrough

another superduper busy weekend, that ended with a nice day in with loads of DVDs and some dota :p
special mention goes to the saturday, which was a real breakthrough and a real blessed one at that (:

so, i gave my first piano lesson on saturday! (:
with God's grace and providence i got a student who lived in the same street, same condo, and whose block is right opposite mine!
i was pretty strung up on a tight string about my first 45 min lesson, maybe because my student was 25 years old
but in the end things worked out so well, i didnt even know my lesson time was up cuz it was so much fun(:
so its like being paid to have fun. not a bad deal at all hahaha.

anyway, saturday was also the day where victor & sooyein first came to our church!


here's us at "yummy". our own little international foodfest featuring foods from diff religions and culture
and through that i really saw God's special hand of blessings
only He can turn any mess into a message, and im really really happy for how they responded to the messages (:

i forgot to take pictures, so heres one precious one with weiyi being bundled up in sari after we were taught how to wear it :p


and we had an entire passover meal, with every single food and its significance elaborated
while we were at it, a few camwhore moments muahaha:


on friday, i went to newyork newyork with mac's base people to celebrate one of the guy's birthday(:
it was my first time there! hahaha the food was super nice. so were the people!
had quite a nice time, to finally meet the people with the bf every single day hahaha

anyway but not least, guess who i went out with!!

tutorial starts tmr :S by God's grace (or not) im chosen to do the first presentation for international econs tutorial (and its graded)
guess we'll see how it kickstarts my tutorial week (:
