kb n shai came over today. guys are SO loud. my mom got dragged outta her slumber by their talking. shai brought his game cube n we had intense tennis matches wit mario characters. it was rly fun the characters made funny noises throughout the game.

flew another kite today. didnt turn up for the nE dinner. oops so sorry guys!! heat's gettin to my head i was pretty much spinning. was already near the bus stop before i turned back. went for a car ride wit my mom to pick up my dad. had a real heart-to-heart. twas gd.

my fam's going to msia tmr for a golf game wit the kids. having the house to myself! :)

prayer

the tsunami in SEA made me appreciate life even more. the tragic scenes on the news made me shed tears for the victims. it doesnt seem fair. these people were sacrificed for being by the coast. God has His plans i guess. the enormity of God's power. it makes me treasure the breath tt i still have. all the trivial conflicts n problems we have are nothing compared to the loss of life, or the loss of a loved one. pls pray for the tsunami victims...tt they'll find hope in their darkest times.

on a lighter note.. heres wad ive been busy wit.
ytd was chalet at SAFRA. it was pretty fun. had some team-building games n bowling. our fam had an entire chalet to ourselves. it was pretty cool.

took a train frm simei to school. a whole hour of traveling. in my haziness due to lack of slp i boarded the train only at 9 when at the back of my brain i knew i had to reach sch at nine. it was weird. so got there an hour late. had OG briefings.. then packed the orientation packages, did the march-in rehearsals n danced HELL alot. o a big thnx to jolene who taught seok n i the superstar routine. cuz both of us knew ZERO bout it. then azad sarah joshua n i tried the dance in front of the gym mirror while nadim n his gang slacked n did weights there -.- azad n sarah were rly funny albeit they had disagreements in the dance steps. lol.

we performed the routines again n again at the bleachers. till i was so exhausted i was gonna fall asleep while dancing. but guess wad joshua n i got andrew n jolene to review the routine wit us again after we were dismissed. *applause* nadim was such a slacker he was juz there watching us. then josh n i went for dinner at kap n split.

sigh i feel pretty downhearted by the tsunami tragedy. so many lives were lost overnight. a catastrophe indeed

an air of depression revolves around me. deep inside me i ache. n i cant pinpoint an exact reason to why im feeling the way i am. no cause, no cure. im feeling horribly cynnical. dejected. all alone.

homework's becoming a burden to me. even the completion of 20 outta 80 math questions cant quench my growing worry. no time for regrets.

in hopes of dissolving the solemn mood i went over to sarah's. we practiced the mass dance. or rather, messed it up. went to holland v for dinner wit kb n sarah. thaixpress tomyum burnt a hole in my stomach. spicy.

a guy approached me on the bus n asked me to model for some mag. think my getting off the bus pretty much answered his question. dont want them sueing me when pple start canceling their subscription.

im dried of tears. yea it made me feel better, but it doesnt rly help. everything's still the way it is, except for the addition of puffy eyes n dried up eyes. it doesnt go away

today was juz pure awesome. perfect day. :)

church was a great kickstart wit lionel being baptized in our youth grp. he was away in thailand when baptism was done in front of the entire church so he had a special baptism in front of us :) cell grp cruised by almost perfect. theres hope in love.

lunch @ Macs was pretty gd. cept for the guys who indulged in army talk more often than not. like the saying goes: WHERE ARE THE GURLS??

met up wit mA high sch friends after tt. all of em came over - jasmine sara yt ong lohhu jang.. it infused a mix of nostalgia n pure joy. where i juz wanna linger in. the good ol times. nv realized how much i missed them. it was as if the year nv passed n we were clothed in the same white (ugly) uniform fighting off teachers n hw together.

cabbed my way to esplanade. met sarah at thaixpress for dinner n watched a christmas jazz concert there. it was awesome im telling u. there was so much christmas spirit in it to last a year. :) i had such an amazing night.

went for a christmas dinner and service at church just now. sermon was pretty gd. its about LOVE. like i told ben, tts my wish for the shooting star! for love :) dinner was pretty ok i guess haha. we were on table 34. n it happened tt most of my friends were on tt table! there were ernest, aaron, ian, sophia, my sister, marc n megan. so it was pretty fun :) food was.. a tad weird. the waitresses were spilling stuff all over.

this is a pretty bad christmas. my family has absolutely NO christmas spirit. n idk how to infuse some in them. n then i left my com only to find my sister reading thru my mails when i got back. n tt got me so fired up. i dont think ive ever been this pissed b4.

its Christmas!! merry christmas pple! n happy birthday Jesus!

my Christmas has been pretty low-keyed this year i think. its the first year im not performing or doing anything for the church celebrations. i missed out alotta stuff cuz of my trip to China but its ok :) Christmas is bout love anyways n its bout family. n i spent alotta quality time wit my family this Christmas.

my sis n i were jamming christmas duets n songs the whole day. it was rly beautiful music. n then i was writing christmas cards n salvaging stamps. after tt we left for the tay's place for a family christmas dinner. javan came back from aus! :D chilled wit jason n javan.. n my grandmother cuz she was avoiding my grandfather as usual. those two r such kids. ahh well but it was rly fun. alotta pple were playin wit sparklers n we had like a billion packs of sparklers so we figured, why not? jason wanted to build a sparkler castle.. but the kids were havin too much fun wit burning things up we decided we shouldnt take their sparklers.

o then we sang carols! :) our entire family gathered at the piano and i played carols n they sang in parts. it was totally impromptu but we sounded GOOOD! juz realized our family is rly rly musical everyone can play a certain instrument or can sing rly well lol. its in the blood i think. haha! tt moment was so beautiful n christmasy i juz wanted to linger in it. :)

so we were jamming and all till like 11+pm. my folks left for abel's place already, so uncle tay gave dawn n i a lift to abel's. turns out abel n ernest were still @ church so i chilled around wit benedict, n wit aaron n amos who were killing monsters in warcraft and battleship (which looked kinda fun actually). we left abel's house @ like 2+am or something. its like one of the earliest we ever left their place. i think almost every year our 3 families gather @ abel's lol. its like a tradition already cuz our parents are like the bestest friends :) n we rarely split before like 4am or something. well i guess theres a first in everything..

omg there were like so many Christmas smses coming in at like 12am.. that i received dan's sms at like 1am! think starhub had it jam packed tt it was lagging so bad. oh well merry Christmas everyone!! cant believe its here already :)

xmas is coming, the geese are getting fat. :) i cant wait for xmas. im so in the christmas spirit right now..

china's been pretty cool so far. taking a train to shanghai tmr, n then catching a flight there back to s'pore! :) this trip's been a blast. ive had my fair share of fun.

ohh one of the mornings when we went down for breakfast @ some Western eatery, there was this tv crew there filming an interview wit a celebrity. turns out it was a singapore tv crew stationed in China, n my dad recognized the interviewer. so we got caught on tape for quite a while cuz they were conducting the interview right nxt to our table. funky.

o n did i mention tt our floors were radiators as well? the hotel's rly cool n hi-tech so the tiles on our feet were always warm n nice. feels like heaven esp after u juz step out of -8 degrees Celsius weather.

today was alot on sightseeing. went to an amusement park but it was way too cold for rollercoasters. so we checked out this park nearby n it was absolutely amazing. the pond was frozen but the scenery was B-E-A-utiful. we busted the camera there taking all those shots.

more sightseeing at palaces where kings n queens dwelt. then it was shopping :) im so proud of my momma she bargained a 90% decrease in the price. 200 bucks to 20. cmon let me hear those applause...

had another fancy dinner wit my dad's colleagues. social dinner. its less prim-n-proper as the dinners b4 but social rules still apply. we've had so many of these sorta dinners n this is the first one tt ive rly enjoyed. the pple were hilarious n rly comfortable to b wit. :)

man im gonna miss my driver when i get back. hes sucha cute n jolly dude. im gonna get him something b4 i leave tmr...

skiing

temperature took another nose dive today. -5 degrees. i said brr its cold in here

early in the morning 9 o'clock..
we took a 2 hour ride to some ski place in beijing. where it was snowing. wind speed: about a thousand knots. ok no but strong enough to knock u off ur feet. it painted my face wit the snow flecks it carried. not the best feeling on earth.

but skiing was FUN. gd shit out there. its our 2nd time in the field. first few time were in germany wit tt hott coach. we got a coach this time too. but she didnt rly teach us stuff we didnt kno. juz the usual stuff.. snow ploughing n making turns down the steep slopes. it was pretty dangerous stuff.. a guy fractured his neck or something n had to b carried down by the medics while another rookie skiied straight into the rocks. i fell a few times too. thank God for those guys standing around to pull u to ur feet n fix ur skiis. great help.

we skiied for bout 4 hours i think. by the end of it i've grown a red nose, colored my cheeks pink, freezed my fingers off, and wet my jeans frm the snow. but it felt gd. i've always had something for skiing. we were having so much fun we forgot bout lunch. lol. by the time we got back to our hotel it was time for dinner.

we had dinner wit some important dude frm the chinese government again. some commander n a lady called dorothy. she ordered a LOT of food cuz she was treating n the food was amazing. sinful, but delicious nonetheless. but the company wasnt all tt great. call me crazy, but i think i wouldnt have survived w/o the book id brought along. seriously. i couldnt even understand wad they were saying. highly accented chinese expressing thoughts on future developments of some powerplant. like OKAAAYYY...

ahh one gd thing bout beijing: its lack of humidity. i thrive well in a place wit 50% humidity. cuz i canNOT stand humidity. idk y i was born in s'pore. haha. n my hair's rly straight now :) yayy. wit tt said, i still miss s'pore.. i miss my friends n all tt. n not to mention, the work which i have NOT touched @ all. something tells me im pretty screwed bout the work

surviving in minus 5 degrees makes me appreciate s'pore weather all the more. its better to be warm than iced to ur toes.

aight im back in china. amazingly i slept the entire day once i got to shanghai. i think its frm the exhaustion frm the camp n the bbq n the sleepover added up. we took a train frm shanghai to beijing. an overnight train wit lil cabins equipped wit small beds. there're like 4 beds in each cabin n it was quite an experience. esp the dinner part. where the gravy slides frm one end of the plate to the other end every time theres a slight turn in the tracks. we had pretty cool 'in-train entertainment'. out comes the laptop n we popped in dvds to watch in our lil cozy cabins.

reached beijing at like 7am. it was minus a hundred degrees or something. brr. our driver met us at train exit wit our names on it lol. we got a nice MPV to ride in this time. checked into our hotels. it is BEAUTIFUL here. i love this place. the floor's like heated up, n its rly sleek. i took a few photos of it :) n wads more theres broadband provided, wit a dvd player tt comes wit a hi-fi set. large glass windows n comfy beds. paradise. n heres the catch: its all free :)

my mom cooked instant noodles for dinner. sweet. some lady dorothy booked a karaoke place downtown tonight n we're checking it out later. so far, its been a rly smooth journey. bonding wit my fam n all. i rly thank God for it

@changi airport

my flight was delayed AGAIN. i cant believe it. twice in a row. so here i am.. waiting for a 9:40pm flight n its only 8pm. i've checked in everything n feeling totally BORED. whoo i didn kno i could change the color of my words haha. my computer rly sucks.

these few days have been rly crazy fun. rly hectic. on tues there was OGL camp, n we painted banners, played games n danced hell alot more. nadim's pretty ok a dancer partner lol :) then after tt i took a cab wit jizeng n joshua to cindy's place. showered there, then walked to wayne's for chamber bbq/dinner. left at like 11:30pm when andrea juz arrived. oops. dont kill me andrea. hijacked her cab tt she came in, n gave daniel n emerald a lift to the mrt. then i took the cab all the way to cherie's place, n stayed over there.

cherie's folks gave us a ride to sch today for OGL camp. today was DIRRTY. i dont rly like the games today. i was totally bruised, n painted wit abraisions after the games. tt was when i started seeing black spots n stuff like tt b4 my migraine crept in. it was horrible. but thank God for my friends who gave me lotsa advice haha n helped me so after lunch i was alrite. painted the banner.. danced more n then left for home. changed n came here.

omg im so so tired out. my muscles crying for oxygen. i can fall asleep anywhere now.

ogl camp!

i thank God for the wonderful day i had. im not gonna let someone's temper spoil it either.

omg ogl camp was awesome! it was rly rly tiring, but it was great fun. so we split up into cavalons/houses: im in oldham :). or the OG name for it: orlandros. pretty cool.

so anyways~ i like my cavalon quite alot. there were pretty fun peeps in it. ys was our clan leader, n there were quite a few other pple whom i knew. like there was raj, shawn n mel who were also frm AHRed, n then there was joshua priscilla keith n seah n a few others.

we played quite alotta games to like bond n stuff. sigh i have a huge bruise on my ankle frm playing the soccer game where our legs were tied together. ugh. omg n we spent like 3 hours dancing. i was SO exhausted at the end of it i could have fell asleep on the bus if shirah hadnt been talking to me. so i went to kap to get dinner n went home. tmr's another long day @ camp. n then theres chamber bbq @ wayne's. sigh dont kno how to go there..

o i got a call frm the airport juz now. they found my luggage! it was transported to jakarta can u believe it?! so they brought it back on the earliest flight to s'pore n delivered it to my doorstep! :) praise God!

ok it does feel a lil lonely to b at home alone.. tho theres like utmost freedom n all. but its juz the silence. i get rid of it by blasting music, but theres nothing like having someone else by ur side whom u can turn to if u're feeling lonely..

i juz came back frm shanghai. alone. it was such a horrible flight. i almost missed my flight. i checked in an hour early @ 9:00am, said my gdbyes to my folks n went in the departure gate. i was greeted by a massive crowd of pple waiting to get pass the immigration checkpoint. n i mean HUMONGOUS. like prolly a thousand or more people. my flight was at 10am, n by 10:30am i was still halfway thru the crowd. i heard my name being called on the PA system for last warning call n i was so freaked out i went to the police officer for help n he brought me to the front queue. thank God.

turns out the entire flight was waiting for me. everyone was seated n watching the latecomer board the plane. n i couldnt reach the baggage compartment so the guy sitting nxt to me had to get up n help me store my luggage. i felt so horrible. but it rly wasnt my fault.

no turn for the better after i got off the plane. i stood at the baggage claim conveyor belt for like half an hour waiting to retrieve my large luggage. n it wasnt there. i got some police officer to help me again, n he checked wit the crew only to find tt my luggage was missing. i filed a lost&found report, n the officers have yet to call me back bout my luggage.

ytd was much better. we drove down to pudong n checked out the horse riding center. so we signed up for the learning course n my sis n i each got an instructor n a horse for an hour. it was a pretty amazing experience. ive nv ridden except at the zoo where the horse walked in a mechanical straight line n was perfectly tame.

anyways~ my instructor was great he was pretty patient n all. i learnt how to mount n how to ride. it rly isnt easy at all. at the end of it i was more tired than the horse was. its a great leg workout cuz u have to gyrate according to the horse's galloping rhythm. im pretty sore frm the riding lesson ytd. i rly rly wonder how BOYS ride. seriously.

ogl camp tmr. rly hope it isnt a rough-n-tough camp.

new experiences

time flies. its the 4th day of our hol now. n its been pretty much fun considering the lack of itinery cuz my dads working n all tt.

so here was wad we were kept busy wit:
more shopping. we went around to some music store n we got like quite a lotta piano scores. they had tons of classical n contemporary music scores at a rly low price so we got quite alot. then there was a book store n i got 4 books :) davincicode (finally), 5ppleyou'llmeetinheaven (which im going to read on my flight back to china cuz i juz realized i have a 2 hour wait in Malaysia for my transit flight), Richdadpoordadforteens (which hopefully will double my bank balance thereafter), and a romance novel loveoncloudnine (which i bought cuz i fell in love wit the light blue cover)

the traffic here is HORRIBLE. wads the use of traffic lights if nobody pays attention to them. we almost got ran over a billion times here its totally chaotic out on the streets.

the temperature took a nose dive today n it was chilly. brr. o we got cable in our hotel room now. yayy :) n my dad bought a laptop so we've got broadband in our own room. lol. we're checking out horse riding tmr n its gonna b a long car ride so im downloading music on the computer for the ride! its cool

aight so we had some xtreme gourmet for dinner today. at some fancy restaurant. my folks were ordering stuff tt didnt rly sound like food. so they didnt rly tell us wad they ordered till we ate them. omg there were the weirdest stuff there. like curry camel, duck liver, some roasted thing tt looked like a bird. i took a picture haha. ok no haha it tasted weird.

ah im watching two weeks notice now while typing this entry lol. its hilarious. tho ive watched it at the cinema b4. we've got HBO n tons of dvds. no prob wit the home entertainment

shanghai

its about 5-12 degrees over here.. purrfect freezing weather. its about 3 days into our vacation, n its been a lotta fun out here :) shanghai is where third world juxtaposes against first world, n its rly weird to have the modern tall glass buildings right nxt to some old shophouse which houses more spiders than the population of shanghai.

aight so theres this place called Raffles City. named after singapore's raffles city. why? cuz its built by singaporeans. it looks almost like the rafflescity in s'pore. well, but tts juz the outside. so anyways~ we go there pretty often cuz my dad has one of his offices there. n our driver aint frm shanghai so he gets lost driving us around.

the food's pretty gd here. nothing like the frogs we had in beijing. all pretty normal food out here. except for the frozen dog meat we found in a local supermarket.

people - they're great too. juz tt btwn them n us, theres one thing missing. and thats communication. yep we're chinese, n they're chinese. but its diff. totally. u can listen hard, but most of it juz dont sound like chinese. but overall, they're awesome pple. rly friendly. LOUD. but friendly. o they like to knock pple around when they walk too. we got knocked outta the way several times already.

o one MAJOR thing here. that's the shopping. for a shop-o-holic like me, that spells h-e-a-v-e-n. i got tons of stuff in the 3 days my folks' wallets r emptying out pretty quickly. i wont even bother listing out wad i bought here. its too gd to b true. there're stuff like 'prada' sweaters, a new cell phone, n 'GAP' stuff. shop haven.

so anyways~ today i got my first manicure. french manicure to b specific. it cost bout 118 bucks. local money. it was cool. juz a lil difficulty trying to get a conversation going while the lady was doing my nails. but its all smooth n cool after tt i even took a picture wit her.

i miss my music tho. i didnt bring my CDs wit me n i itch to blast some smashmouth. miss my friends too lol. u have no idea. lol but its been great fun we camp out in front of the tv every night wit like 50 billion DVDs to watch. they almost dont cost a thing. ALMOST. so we've watched like hundreds of movies at night. theastronaut'swife, princess diaries 2, paycheck, lionking2.. i cant rmb. cozy stuff :)

omg i watched shutter wit joshua n matthew today. met up wit matt at some random bus stop near our place n then met joshua at PS. who was LATE. so anyways~ joshua n i were sposed to give matthew his 'bday present'. which was to pay for his movie ticket n lunch. lol. n we ended up in burger king :P so sorry matt! haha for the cheap bday lunch. happy bday anyways :)

ok so shutter was RLY freaky. it doesnt give u a breather in the shocks. like bam bam bam. there u have it. n i forgot to bring a jacket so i was both freezing n had nothing to hide behind. ugh. n we were on 3rd row seats so it felt pretty open to the ugly ghosts. which were RLY ugly btw. ok shoots im visualizing them n its not a happy thought.. haha ok sam juz told me he hid his face in popcorn during the movie!! haha tts how scary shutter is..

damn my flight's postponed by an hour. to 3:30am. ugh. tho theres no prob wit staying awake since tts bout my daily snooze hour anyways. but my mom sister n i are gonna have to lug all our luggages around. 3 independent women :) but sometimes it sux not having guys in the family..

1AA3 reunion

omg i met up wit juliet bridget fong wit shawn today. we had a reunion lunch at marche it was da bomb. i missed them so much i nv realized it till today. gd times. we caught up n talked a LOT at marche it was awesome. sigh those were the days.

flying off to china tmr. coming back for the ogl camp. n then back to china after tt. its a stupid arrangement but o well its gonna b fun. i get to fly to n fro alone. haha. o i watched saw ytd @ home. downloaded it. its so gory n psycho u should nv watch it alone. my bad.

ah i think i'll bring my sch work to china. ill nv finish all of em at this rate im going.

rouge party

juz came back frm rouge. it was fun stuff i guess. met grace n benedict at orchard for dinner, n then met up wit dharnash @ youth park. n we went in at like 8+pm n got a small table wit curtains n chilled n drank up. then we hit the dance floor for r&b till 11+pm when they started playing house music n so we split. shared a cab wit johannes johnathan n joquim (however u spell his name). n johannes paid for the entire cab fare plus the midnight surcharge. omg i juz realized all of us in the cab have names starting wit 'jo'. cool. we couldnt find a cab for a rly long time tho.. reached home at like 1am. tired.

polar express!

im tired. haha. but today was fun. had to wake up early to go to sch. met seok at the bleachers n went for the ogl meeting. im paired up in a triplets og! yayy :) wit nadim whos some canoeist who didnt turn up for the meeting, n jaclyn the head ogl. so there were briefings choosing of og names n wat have u.. cant rmb wad i chose. some weird latin sounding one. i had to choose the names by myself cuz jaclyn was heading the auction of names. sigh.

o then it was mass dance. gosh we danced for like 2 hours straight or something. i realized i couldnt rmb anything AT ALL haha cuz sarah n i were slacking during orientation n since she was my dance partner we screwed up the dance together haha. o well so i actually learnt the first routine this time :) it was so tiring tho.

so after tt i went to orchard n met matthew. we had lunch at scotts foodcourt n watched polar express. haha it was pretty gd! tho its more for kids than anything lol. omg the music is B-E-A-utiful. im gonna get the soundtrack for it it gets me into the christmasy spirit n i love it :) i love christmas!!

ahh! i got my hair cut today. n its SO short. omg. my mom n i went to this beauty parlor to get our hair cuts.. n the stylist totally changed my hairstyle. sigh. im gonna wear a hat around like those fresh army dudes. ugh. n its a tad towards jap pop style n i cant stand jpop. hair growth solutions here i come.

ugh. so after our disastrous haircuts we went to aunt susan's place to get the luggages for our trip. those big bulky ones. ugh the empty one weighs like a ton already. o n i got stuff frm my aunt frm her trip to the US. alisa picked stuff like clothes for me :) thnx babe! i like them.

so we went to church after tt. for prayer meeting. my sis n i went shopping. we tried on like tons of shades and hats at the store the lady was like glaring at us so we left. went to bugis to shop couldnt find a bag tt my sister wanted. so we checked out the arcade cuz she wanted to play bishibashi. n omg i felt so stupid there. the bishibashi game was right nxt to a huge crowd of guys playing the punching game, n we looked dumb fighting aliens n feeding girls fishes when they were beating the machine up nxt to us. n the bishibashi game produced a lotta stupid sounds while we played it attracted quite a lotta unwanted attn.

im feeling pretty weak right now.. think im falling sick again. or rather, even more sick. sigh.

woke up at 12:30pm today haha. man i was in the weirdest dreams. had stuff to do wit wad joshua n i were talking ytd night haha. omg we talked till like 3+am. frm shit porn to God. haha. we can rly crap. nice person to talk to :)

took a ride frm my mom n went to jeremy's place. i forgot bout matthew n charles coming over to play badminton oops. only realized when matt called. heh sry bout tt. anyways~ met wit sarah kb n zhic @ jeremy's. n we chilled there the entire afternoon. omg benny taught me how to play drums haha! its SO much fun i wanna learn drums now. benny showed me some of his drums books which had like diff grooves n rhythms haha. anyways~ we basically hung around, played bridge, n i played bishibashi wit alvin, played drums, ate sarah's durian puffs haha. which were rly gd. but it was so filling i ate 2 of em and they were kinda like my lunch. aight then i went home for dinner. o sarah's mom gave us a ride back so we all left together. o then zhic waited wit me till my bus came. so nice

haha i found quite a few scores for Christmas. like a few for piano duets, n some for like mixed ensemble or any combination of instruments which will sound nice. lol have to look for pple to jam wit. i love xmas songs :)

o n can someone help me wit the font thing on my blog? everyones complaining the font's too small but idk how to enlarge it..

shopping!

today was a lotta fun :) i woke up n went to meet grace at little india 12pm. we went to thread our eyebrows at some indian beauty shop! omg its so cool ive nv seen it b4 they use thread to pluck out and shape ur eyebrows according to ur bone structure. haha. so grace wrote our names down n then they called us after a while n i watched grace get hers done first. then i got mine done it didnt hurt as bad as i thot it would lol but i got a thread burn. cuz the skin around my eyes is rly thin. sigh. but i like my eyebrows a lot! :)

aight so after tt we went shopping!! we started frm PS n then walked and shopped all the way till orchard. for like 4 hours non-stop. hahah. it was fun stuff. she bought 2 tops, n i got a new pair of hipster jeans! :) then we took a bus frm orchard to paradigm to meet jeremy kb kenneth n elvin. they played pool till like 7+. omg so there was this time where grace was playing wit elvin. so jeremy kenneth kb n i went to the arcade n played 'baby hero'. haha. it was SO stupid the guys were totally brutal they were juz hammering on the controls n screaming at the baby. it was hilarious but they were playing it wrong so they kept failing the rounds haha. then we played some picture matching game, n kenneth n jeremy have like AWESOME memory! omg kenneth will rmb 4 sets n jeremy will fill in the other 2 they make sucha pair haha. so we got to the high score, n we got to put our names down, n to acknowledge everyone there they put: JRYKBKNTANDJMS or something like tt haha. which translates to "jeremy, kb, kenneth, and joy moral support". -_-

so after tt grace jeremy n elvin left. n kenneth kb n i played the 3 player pool game. haha it was pretty fun im improving!! :) my first game was horrible cuz i listened to kenneth n kb's advice... who ended up trying to get my alliance and then backstabbing me. so then i played the nxt few games WITHOUT their advice n i potted more balls! :) anyways~ after tt we split. it was quite funny i was wit kb on the bus n sarah called kb.. n i ended up talking to sarah on kb's phone the entire bus ride home till kb had to get off haha oops. felt quite bad. o well.

o haha i juz watched the news.. saw myself in the news. cuz they were showing some language program being offered in ny and tchs. so they used the old videos tt they took last yr lol saw soo many pple on tv. in ny uniform. ugh. juz realized i got some letter for the edusave bursary or wadever. which says im sposedly in the top 25% of the cohort. haha not bad. wit my lousy results. the rest of the world are prolly in the top 24% tho

lol today was blessed :) ok i didnt go for service in the morning cuz i was helping my mom cook bout like 60 plates of fried rice to sell for mission trip fundraising. omg then we got to church like 11 n the guys helped us carry the stuff in. we got things set up n business started pouring in by like 12. omg regina n i were like flustered frm SOO many pple who wanted to buy. there were like billions of orders coming in frm all directions we didnt stop serving for like half an hour straight. we were so hot and beat at the end of it but happy :) cuz everything was sold! haha within like record time. we raised like almost 3000 bucks juz today! praise God :)

so after tt i hung around wit liren jasper jovan clement lide ys n wx. idk wad i was doing either haha juz chillin. then i met up my mom n fam friends, n my mom sent me to city hall to meet sarah. stupid rain ugh soaked me so bad. so anyways~ sarah n i were selling greeting cards at the city hall mrt n we were targeting all the foreigners cuz they seem nicer haha. most of the caucasians i tried to sell to were more refined n polite than the locals. gosh. n this guy actually stopped to listen to wad i had to say and gave me FULL attn without looking like he was rushing off or something like most locals. anyways i saw yifang there haha and i sold her the valentine's day card :)

so anyways~ after tt we went to orchard hoping for better sales n it started pouring n we got trapped in cineleisure AGAIN! omg it was so funny haha so i had lunch n we went to the arcade AGAIN. lol we played house of the dead and TC. i love shooting games :) n there were this guy b4 us who had like 100% accuracy i was SOO amazed. clean shots. i fire more than i aim haha.

mm ytd was sat. we went to botanical gardens wit my dogs. n my dog actually plunged into the pond swimming in an attempt to hunt the ducks and swans. like wow. got myself a slight tan too :) my tan is almost entirely gone due to the peeling

my mom's agent found us units for rent in west coast n like in faber crest. lol so we may be moving to one of these places some time. idk. west coast seem a lil far tho...

omg i juz came back frm acsi. watched our sch's drama production snow queen. its pretty gd! juz a lil too draggy for a xmas fairy tale. and *someone is HOTT STUFF. whooo! he didnt even look tt hot when i see him around in sch hahha ;) but anyways the musical/play/drama was pretty gd there was quite some dancing in it n a LOT of lifting. AC dances have a thing for lifting. haha.

ok anyways~ b4 tt we were sposed to go to jeremy's place to chill but it was pretty messed up so kb went alone in the end haha. oops. so i met up wit sarah at holland v cuz we were gonna sell our greeting cards n omg we only sold bout 2 packets. there were quite a lotta donations tho its so weird pple would rather donate than buy the cards. so then we had dinner at swesons there was this student offer so we took it up. the baked rice was no where as gd as nydc's. anyways so after dinner we sold more cards n then went to acsi for the production. haha no regrets :)

haha yay jingyan the brain is gonna sell me his notes n his geog textbooks at like a rly cheap price. since hes not gonna need it in the army anyways. haha maybe i'll b able to understand geog now haha

today was pretty fun :) went out wit sarah n kb we were sposed to sell greeting cards. omg i waited AN HOUR for the 171 bus to come i was sooo pissed when it finally did i was gonna demand for an explanation but a horde of pple who waited for the bus juz as long looked like they were ready to kill the bus driver so there was no need to add to that. anyways~ it poured heavily when we were like at cine, so we chilled inside cine. ate lunch at cafe cartel n then we found out the rain got heavier n we were trapped. so we watched bridget jones diary 2 to burn time. its sooo good!! i was crying by the time mark proposed to bridget. haha. o we played at the arcade too haha. sarah n i played house of the dead, then the 3 of us played daytona on the large screen racers. its fun stuff. o we met a lotta pple at cine. saw jacob while eating at kfc, then saw grace n fiona on our way up to the cinema. n there were like 3 acjc couples there too. lotsa JC kids. cuz its the last day of their A's haha.

o well anyways we went to the red bus @ youth park.. to get our greeting cards n stuff. the guys were so nice they allowed us to take home the to sell cuz it was raining haha. so sarah n i were carrying like boxes of cards home it was so heavy ugh. yay i made it home early for dinner today. 8pm. accomplishment on my end
